Chateau Domecq Red Wine 2017

Produced in Valle de Guadalupe and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Nebbiolo. It is deep violet in color with an ocher rim. On the nose it is intense, complex and spicy with notes of red berries, tobacco and ripe plum. On the palate it shows a good attack followed by a slow evolution culminating in a long and velvety finish. Ideal with red meats and traditional Mexican dishes.

Chateau DomecQ white wine Valle del Guadalupe 2018

Produced in Valle de Guadalupe and is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. It shows a yellow straw color with platinum flashes. On the nose aromas of chamomile, toasted notes, citrus and semi-ripe fruit. On the palate this wine has medium acidity and toasted and citrus notes such as mandarin. Ideal with shrimp and lobster with butter-based sauces, pasta and semi mature cheese. Serve chilled.

Hahn Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon grow in outstanding vineyards planted throughout Monterey County. After harvesting the fruit, we barrel-ferment it in French oak to enhance the wine’s mouthfeel and contribute a subtle, spicy aroma. We then age this Cabernet in French oak (60% new). Inviting red cherry and currant jam aromas complement notes of vanilla and caramel. Chewy tannins frame bright cherry and berry flavors that carry through the long, smooth finish.  

Joliesse Pinot Noir

Pinot noir with notes of red cherry, red plum and a hint of baking spice on the nose. On the palate, delicate notes of cherry pie, sun-ripened strawberry and a hint of cinnamon linger. Delicate and well balanced, this Pinot Noir moves gracefully across your palate.

Peju Sauvignon Blanc Napa

Aromas of white nectarine, passion fruit, lemon curd, and hints of minerality. Fresh and lively on the palate with balanced acidity, the flavors are a perfect combination of tropical fruits, grapefruit, and lime zest with hints of mango, guava, and fresh pineapple.
