Granbazan ‘Etiqueta Verde’ Albarino
Etiqueta Verde is made with a combination of free-run juice and lightly pressed juice. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts in tank and aged on the lees for no less than four months before bottling. This is a classic Salnés Valley style albariño. Dry, very floral, with crisp acidity, and elegant salty aftertaste.
Pasqua Passimento Rosso Romeo & Juliet
The Romeo&Juliet project is by the Pasqua Family; red like love and passion. A blend of Corvina and Croatina grapes with a percentage of Merlot, which the drying period renders velvetier still.
Beautiful deep ruby red in colour, an intense and lingering nose, with striking notes of red fruits and spicy overtones. Balanced, rounded, plush and caressing on the palate, with velvety tannins.
Peirano Estate Illusion Red Blend
Illusion Red Blend has a deep burgundy with a perfect clarity. It’s a rich blend of hand-picked Old Vine Zinfandel, Merlot, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. In the nose aromas chocolate and cocoa, with black currants and plums. The palate explodes with rich mouthfilling blackberries, black currants, plums and dark fruit. The long, seductive finish is filled with hints of black licorice and has firm, round, yet supple mouthfilling tannins.
Zuccardi Cabernet Franc
Dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc opens with red and black cherry, violets and other floral notes in the nose.
On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red plum and herb blend with notes of oak. The wine is balanced with very fine tannins that provide for great texture.
