Chateau Domecq Red Wine 2017
Produced in Valle de Guadalupe and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Nebbiolo. It is deep violet in color with an ocher rim. On the nose it is intense, complex and spicy with notes of red berries, tobacco and ripe plum. On the palate it shows a good attack followed by a slow evolution culminating in a long and velvety finish. Ideal with red meats and traditional Mexican dishes.
Chateau DomecQ white wine Valle del Guadalupe 2018
Produced in Valle de Guadalupe and is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. It shows a yellow straw color with platinum flashes. On the nose aromas of chamomile, toasted notes, citrus and semi-ripe fruit. On the palate this wine has medium acidity and toasted and citrus notes such as mandarin. Ideal with shrimp and lobster with butter-based sauces, pasta and semi mature cheese. Serve chilled.
