A juicy, full-bodied wine. Rich purple in color with very fresh aromas reminiscent of red and black fruits such as plums and raspberries, with a delicate spicy nose. In the mouth, it presents a strong personality. Its mature tannins and minerality transform it into a wine with great soil identity.

Casa Madero Cabernet Sauvignon Valle del Parras 3V
Casa Madero 3V Red Blend is equal parts of Cabernet, Merlot, Tempranillo. Full of red fruit notes of wild cherry and blackberry, the fruit notes take over but on the back of your palate there’s hints of baking spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The tannins are well integrated with a silky fishing V3 smooth and balanced.

The winery is ISO 9000 certified by the Lloyds Register. Several parcels now have USDA National Organic Program compliance.
Chateau de Saint Cosme
Wine has been produced on the site of Saint Cosme since Roman times, evident by the ancient Gallo-Roman vats carved into the limestone below the chateau. Louis Barruol took over from his father in 1992, making a dramatic shift to quality, adding a négociant arm to the business in 1997, and converting to biodynamics in 2010. 100% syrah.

The 2018 Cotes du Rhone is 100% Syrah, sourced from the Gard (on the right bank of the Rhône) and Vinsobres (left bank, higher elevation). Violets, black olives and cassis and blueberry flavors provide terrific varietal expression in a medium to full-bodied package framed by silky tannins.
