Produced in Valle de Guadalupe and is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. It shows a yellow straw color with platinum flashes. On the nose aromas of chamomile, toasted notes, citrus and semi-ripe fruit. On the palate this wine has medium acidity and toasted and citrus notes such as mandarin. Ideal with shrimp and lobster with butter-based sauces, pasta and semi mature cheese. Serve chilled.

Etiqueta Verde is made with a combination of free-run juice and lightly pressed juice. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts in tank and aged on the lees for no less than four months before bottling. This is a classic Salnés Valley style albariño. Dry, very floral, with crisp acidity, and elegant salty aftertaste.
Hahn Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon grow in outstanding vineyards planted throughout Monterey County. After harvesting the fruit, we barrel-ferment it in French oak to enhance the wine’s mouthfeel and contribute a subtle, spicy aroma. We then age this Cabernet in French oak (60% new).
Inviting red cherry and currant jam aromas complement notes of vanilla and caramel. Chewy tannins frame bright cherry and berry flavors that carry through the long, smooth finish.

Merry Edwards Sauvignon Blanc
perfumed with honeysuckle, citrus blossom, white rose and gardenia. Honeydew melon, nectarine, ripe Rainier cherry, tangerine, Kaffir lime and summer hay add complexity, along with hints of sweet oak and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, vibrant acidity is finely balanced with a rich, creamy mouthfeel creating a unique textural experience — reminiscent of a refreshing blood orange sorbet. The finish is broad and lingers with sweet pink grapefruit and Meyer lemon zest.
