Casa Madero Cabernet Sauvignon Valle del Parras 3V
Casa Madero 3V Red Blend is equal parts of Cabernet, Merlot, Tempranillo. Full of red fruit notes of wild cherry and blackberry, the fruit notes take over but on the back of your palate there’s hints of baking spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The tannins are well integrated with a silky fishing V3 smooth and balanced. The oldest estate winery in North America, located in Mexico’s Valle de Parras, a historic wine region in the Sierra Madre Oriental mountains. The winery is ISO 9000 certified by the Lloyds Register. Several parcels now have USDA National Organic Program compliance.
Chateau DomecQ white wine Valle del Guadalupe 2018
Produced in Valle de Guadalupe and is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. It shows a yellow straw color with platinum flashes. On the nose aromas of chamomile, toasted notes, citrus and semi-ripe fruit. On the palate this wine has medium acidity and toasted and citrus notes such as mandarin. Ideal with shrimp and lobster with butter-based sauces, pasta and semi mature cheese. Serve chilled.
Merry Edwards Sauvignon Blanc
perfumed with honeysuckle, citrus blossom, white rose and gardenia. Honeydew melon, nectarine, ripe Rainier cherry, tangerine, Kaffir lime and summer hay add complexity, along with hints of sweet oak and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, vibrant acidity is finely balanced with a rich, creamy mouthfeel creating a unique textural experience — reminiscent of a refreshing blood orange sorbet. The finish is broad and lingers with sweet pink grapefruit and Meyer lemon zest. mouthful of orange citrus, lychee, and other exotics with a hint of pear on the finish and a very nice acid backbone.
