The color of this wine is a very intense Lemon yellow. On the nose the color matches the citrus and tropical fruits such as pineapple, orange blossom and chamomile flowers. On the palate your can sense the same flavor intensity as in the color and the nose. You get a mouth full of tropical notes with a solid acid finish. The oldest estate winery in North America, located in Mexico's Valle de Parras, a historic wine region in the Sierra Madre Oriental mountains. The winery is ISO 9000 certified by the Lloyds Register. Several parcels now have USDA National Organic Program compliance.
Chateau DomecQ white wine Valle del Guadalupe 2018
Produced in Valle de Guadalupe and is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. It shows a yellow straw color with platinum flashes. On the nose aromas of chamomile, toasted notes, citrus and semi-ripe fruit. On the palate this wine has medium acidity and toasted and citrus notes such as mandarin. Ideal with shrimp and lobster with butter-based sauces, pasta and semi mature cheese. Serve chilled.
Peirano Estate Illusion Red Blend
Illusion Red Blend has a deep burgundy with a perfect clarity. It’s a rich blend of hand-picked Old Vine Zinfandel, Merlot, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. In the nose aromas chocolate and cocoa, with black currants and plums. The palate explodes with rich mouthfilling blackberries, black currants, plums and dark fruit. The long, seductive finish is filled with hints of black licorice and has firm, round, yet supple mouthfilling tannins.
Zuccardi Cabernet Franc
Dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc opens with red and black cherry, violets and other floral notes in the nose. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red plum and herb blend with notes of oak. The wine is balanced with very fine tannins that provide for great texture.
